A hotel was once many people’s only option when taking vacations. In recent years, companies like Airbnb and VRBO have created a different lane with short-term rentals. The rentals are categorized as a stay that is no longer than 30 days. While this option is helpful and more convenient for some people, the areas where these short-term rentals are located have caused stress for others.

Can Texas lawmakers ban minors from social media?
Social media has been an integral part of our lives for years now. While there are benefits to using social media there are also some negative effects, especially for young people. Before the start of Texas' 88th legislative session, Rep. Jared Patterson (R-Frisco) proposed House Bill 896, which would ban minors from using social media.
